What's the preferred strategy for managing user login/logout? The behavior I'm looking for is that a Visit is not created until a user logs in. If a user logs out, the Visit ( and session? ) is dropped. Logging in again creates another Visit.
Currently I have a Component, LoginForm, that manages the username/password. The LoginForm component is embedded in the Home page. When I go to the Home page, I don't get a Visit ( this is good ). When I login, I'm taken to another page and the Visit is created. Next I want to go back to the Home page and click logout, and have the Visit dropped so that the next time I click login, a new Visit is created. Am I rambling here? This is kicking my a$$, but I'm still loving Tapestry ;) Thanks, Rowland _______________________________________________________________ Don't miss the 2002 Sprint PCS Application Developer's Conference August 25-28 in Las Vegas -- http://devcon.sprintpcs.com/adp/index.cfm _______________________________________________ Tapestry-developer mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/tapestry-developer
