In point form:

- I don't have to mix code with HTML, ever.
- My HTML templates are viewable in WYSIWYG editors, always.
- I don't have to formulate an strategy for URLs, ever.
- I can build Pages from re-useable components, that I design, or that
others design, and customize either without writing code.
- I can generate client-side javascript on the fly and never touch the HTML
source to do it.
- The framework is such that my apps are already tuned to fit well into
clustered server environments
- I can design my own Tapestry components, then easily customize when I use
them, without any code changes
- There's pretty good IDE support that makes designing apps with Tapestry
quite easy.
