This has come up a few times.

It is a credit to Eclipse that Geoff was able, starting 
at zero, to produce a usable Eclipse plugin in only a 
matter of weeks.  If JBuilder is so extensible, why is 
there not a plugin yet?

Please feel free to create one.  Hosting such a project 
at SourceForge is a good start; both I and Geoff have 
had great success doing so.
