There's an advantage to moving the HTML files out in the
the web context space ... so that relative references to
assets work during development (in a WYSIWYG editor).

I don't see the advantage of moving the .jwc files,
etc., out there. Would you move .properties files out
of the classpath? Those are presentation layer
artifacts, aren't they?

My style is to code the HTML, .jwc and .java
simultaneously. I prefer to have them in the same place.

Right now the code that locates .jwc files looks
exclusively in the classpath. It could be modified to
look in the web context instead.

One of the reasons for the way Tapestry is now is
consistency. Having the HTML, .jwc & etc. located on
the classpath makes sense in terms of reusable libraries
(which would be distributed as .jars). Having the
application (in a .war) follow the same rules as a
library (in a .jar) just seems reasonable.

What I've added with that bug was the ability to locate
just the .html into the web application context.

Again, having the .html there makes sense, but the
remainder of the files (.jwc, .java, .properties) are
parts of the component and, I feel, should be on the
classpath.
