Sorry, I ask this because I am new to Tapestry and still learning by
coding,
not sure if there is
such a solution.
Since it is still now unsolved.
I'll submit this to the feature
request.
What you are doing is the solution.
Someday there may be a better solution. For features
that aren't important to me personally, I guage need
based on involvement. No-one's been involved enough to
even add a feature request, so I can't see this as very
important.
