Hi MindBridge,

I have encountered the Eclipse 2.0 classes/CVS wierdness you have seen.

If use Eclipse checkout a project and manage all CVS stuff it works fine. 
However don't and you use cvs on the command line Eclipse will copy the 
source/CVS tree files into classes and this stuffs everything up. The 
CVS/Repository file will point back to the source tree.
