There is a bug in DocBook XSL 1.55.0 where hard-coded 
URLs (for a pair of imported XSL files) are in the 
master XSL.  A fix is expected soon.  In the meantime, 
you will see the build connect to get the imported XSL 
of off sourceforge.net.
