yep. If Jakarta is the right place, that's where it'll be. My opinion, 
FWIW is that Tapestry belongs in Jakarta alonside Struts and Velocity.

Also, as ASL is a BSD style license, there's the possibility of another 
group grabbing the code and doing what they want with it with no 
obligation to donate changes back.
