Category: None Group: None >Status: Closed >Resolution: Invalid Priority: 5 Submitted By: Mind Bridge (mindbridge) Assigned to: Paul Geerts (paulgeerts) Summary: Make DatePicker in/out Initial Comment: Currently the DatePicker component does not allow a default value to be displayed. Suggestion: Make the 'value' parameter in/out. If it is null on input, display the date field empty (as it is now), and if it not, display the date it provides. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Mind Bridge (mindbridge) Date: 2002-10-31 17:18 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=434362 You are quite right. I am using a modified Tapestry library that is based on code slightly pre 2.2 GA (one of the last versions). I just had a look at the 2.2 GA code, and everything appears to be perfect. My bad. I will close the bug if you do not mind. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Howard Lewis Ship (hship) Date: 2002-10-30 02:17 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=26816 ... and welcome to the show, Paul. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Malcolm Edgar (malcolm_edgar) Date: 2002-10-30 01:13 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=592290 The value parameter is in/out. It should display the date in the input text field. This was working in the initial version. Its possible it wasn't included in the rewrite for 2.2 GA. Howard could you assign this to paulgeerts, I am currently on holidays for a few weeks (but sadly am still checking my email). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=354754&aid=630136&group_id=4754 ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by: Influence the future of Java(TM) technology.
