Initially the contrib components could be included in the existing Tapestry Component Reference and could broken out latter into their own Component Reference.
However I think it would probably be better to start off with their own Contrib Component Reference. I can take the lead on this, but will need some help :). Tapestry release 2.3 would be a good target for this work would be completed.
