Summary: Rollover doesn't work in form

Initial Comment:
When a rollover component is included in a form the
render of the component fails when the form is
submitted, renderComponent throwing a
Rollover.must-be-contained-by-body excpetion.

Moving the rewinding check before the body check fixes
this.

Yes, this is an unwanted side-effect of using the direct 
service; the Body component never gets a chance to render 
before the Form component is rewound.
