I don't think you should upgrade your existing project to 4.0, as there is little reason to. As Tapestry 4 still supports the use of the 3.0 DTD, you can switch to the 4.0 DTD for new pages or pages that you need to enhance, while the other pages in the app continue to use 3.0 DTD. > I'm worried that I won't be able to port to 4.0 and, in doing > so, I'll be stuck on an orphan branch of the source tree .
