It has a small war attached which needs to be deployed on jboss with a
jboss-portal and which replicates the problem.

I have used the the beta 13 jars and the link does not seem to be doing
anything(except maybe refresh).The strange part is that if I replace the
beta13 jars with the ones from beta 11 everything works fine.
Does anyone have experienced this problem? Is it a bug? I dont think I'm
doing anything wrong since it works fine just by replacing beta13 with
beta11.
