Well, that's exactly what's missing - for example I get (in catalina.out): Hibernate: select person0_.id as id2_0_, person0_.version as version2_0_, person0_.firstname as firstname2_0_, person0_.lastname as lastname2_0_, person0_.password as password2_0_, person0_.usertype as usertype2_0_, person0_.lastaccess as lastaccess2_0_, person0_.email as email2_0_, person0_.city as city2_0_, person0_.enabled as enabled2_0_, person0_.fax as fax2_0_, person0_.phone as phone2_0_, person0_.postcode as postcode2_0_, person0_.street as street2_0_, person0_.streetnumber as streetn15_2_0_, person0_.title as title2_0_ from person person0_ where person0_.id=? That already looks different to your example and also the DEBUG binding output is missing. As I said: For some reason my log4j.properties isn't recognized (where I've set log4j.logger.org.hibernate.type=debug). What's your environment setup if you don't mind to tell? ;) Sincerly, Andreas --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
