Where are these files in the overall directory structure? To make this work
with no changes, your template file will have to be off the context root, not
under WEB-INF. Such as:
/applicationroot.war
MyApp.application
/subfolder
Page.html
/WEB-INF
If you want these under WEB-INF, you'll have to contribute a bit of extension
code. See my wiki entry:

in the subfolder I had only the .html file
I had my class defined as
actualis.web.tapestry.pages.subfolder.Page
and in the .application, I defined actualis.web.tapestry.pages as default
package for pages.
I had a pagenotfoundexception on this link.
