helps me get through some of the problems porting from tap3 to 4

p.s. The web site is down now but I think the Tacos collection has a table
element also.
The Tacos one is an Ajax version of contrib:Table.
Jesse, there are some gotchas with contrib:Table inside forms and
Hibernate proxies, just in case.
