In Fact, Hibernate use the ANTLR for interpretate the HQL and SQL sentences.
The tapestry code sound good.
Do you are using T3 or T4,
if you use T4, the best for iterate into a collection is using ognl
properties in the template like this.
...

value="ognl:currentUtilsateur" element="tr">
......
</tr>
