Equinox currently has 4.0, but since it uses Maven 2, you should be able to easily upgrade by changing the Tapestry dependency's version from 4.0 to 4.0.1. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there's a POM on ibiblio for 4.0.1.
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven2/tapestry/tapestry/4.0.1/ I tried upgrading locally - it fails because there's no transitive dependencies specificied (due to the lack of a POM).
