You will find that at Apache, there's less process than you might be used to. Most of the process is in the incubator policy and guides and in the foundation documents. But lots of process is project-specific. So if you see things that aren't working for you, just speak up and suggest something different.
Big thanks to the mentors (Craig, Matthieu, and Paul) for getting accounts setup and doing last month's report.
It's the job of the mentors to remove obstacles from the projects and not to necessarily do the work of the project. If that makes sense.
