default clustermanager to localhost. It was a little confusing with so
many instances of the word clustermanager in the TashiDefault and
Nodemanager file.
It's an example configuration, and it was named "clustermanager" to let
people know to adapt it to their local needs. If you want it to be
localhost, then change it in your local configuration.
Don't just revert changes without discussion.
