I'm expecting it is a Proliant BL p-Class interconnect switch, which looks like its a badged Radware/Nortel/Alteon box.
Some IBM blade switches seem to support the same syntax (Alteon OS), and apparently the HP blade switches can be shifted between Cisco style and Alteon OS configuration.
