I'd like to call for a vote to release our first release.

Release was built from tag
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/tashi/tags/APACHE_TASHI_201202.
We need three +1 votes for the vote to pass. I'm going to leave the
voting open for five days, or until a sufficient number of +1 votes has
been received.
The list has been a bit quiet over the past days, so I will probably
reach out to everybody personally.
