I'd like to call for a vote to release our second release.

Release was built from tag
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/tashi/tags/APACHE_TASHI_201203.
We need three +1 votes for the vote to pass. I'm going to leave the
voting open for five days, or until a sufficient number of +1 votes has
been received.
This release fixes a lot of bugs which were discovered by deployment of
the previous version in diverse environments. It's only been a few days
since our first release was approved, but I would recommend to use this
version now.
No protocol changes have happened, so a staggered update should be easy.
