I'm afraid I can't help you with this. I *do* use cygwin a lot on
Windows, but I use the Windows version of python and wxPython from
cygwin, not the cygwin versions. Here's the relevant part from my
.bash_profile:
PATH=/cygdrive/c/Program\ Files/Python25:/cygdrive/c/Program\
Files/Python25/Scripts:/cygdrive/c/Program\ Files/Graphviz\
2.21/bin:${PATH}
