Cheers, Frank (*) We're using Task Coach to document the results of an CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integrated, see http://www.sei.cmu.edu/cmmi) appraisal. Not a typical job for TC, but so far it works out pretty well. We've modeled the criteria from CMMI as a tree of tasks, add findings as subtasks of the relevant criterium, and use categories to model sources (interviews, documents). Putting a subtask into a category then equals linking an observation to a source.
