[taskcoach-dev] Links to latests builds don't work

Hi Jérôme,

The links to the latest builds
(http://www.fraca7.net/TaskCoach-packages/latest_bugfixes.py) don't
work anymore. The builds are there, I can reach them via the Waterfall
(http://www.fraca7.net:8010/waterfall).
