Hi, I need to write some code to make Taverna import our special WSDL services. For example, the user enters http://ws.nbcr.net (which contains a bunch of applications), and then Taverna loads the individual applications. We cannot use the Taverna import WSDL feature for any of our applications because our WSDLs are in a different format.
I was able to take the myfancytool example from the Taverna tutorial and modify it so that it dynamically generates the ports for one of our applications and runs the application. Could you guys give me some suggestions on how to proceed?
