The myGrid team and the Wf4Ever project are proud to present version
2.1.5 of the Taverna PROV plugin.

This update includes support for exporting a whole workflow run as a
single data bundle (a ZIP file), which can subsequently be shared
using sites like myExperiment and Dropbox. This bundle includes a
provenance trace of the workflow run in W3C PROV-O format, in addition
to inputs, outputs and intermediate values, and a copy of the workflow
definition at execution time. The data bundle is effectively a
Research Object.

In our ongoing development of Taverna 3, you can load data bundles to
explore a workflow run, e.g. sent by email from a colleague. In
ongoing developments of myExperiment, data bundles can be uploaded to
share and browse the results of a workflow run.


Note that you need Java 1.7 to use Taverna-PROV - see http://java.com/
