I think this is the important line. The wsdl activity that is being pulled in from the 0.5-SNAPSHOT is not a subclass of the 0.4 activity, hence the errors. I can't find 0.5-SNAPSHOT anywhere in the Taverna 2.0 distribution. Can you confirm that you are running an unaltered (no plugins) Taverna 2 downloaded distribution?
