There is a mistake in my previous mail. My configuration (according with
Alan's recommendation) is not Rserv 0.6 but RServ 0.4-3 with R 2.4. Sorry !

I have tried with lot of types, but in my Rshell configuration, port 'y'
(output) is a double like port 'x' (input) and R script is very simple :

y<-x

I try to get y in output.
To remind you, the script works under Taverna 1.7

Did you try to replicate ? did you get an error ?
