To use Add new workflow scavenger, you need to specify the URL of the workflow to include. For example, http://www.myexperiment.org/workflows/498/download?version=1 The workflow will then appear in the service palette (top left hand side) and you can then click on the workflow and do "Add to model". You can also add the services that were included within that workflow.
