.This sounds like you just want to add it as a so-called nestedworkflow - to
add a workflow (as a processor) inside another workflow. If you use the "Add
Nested Workflow" button you can select theworkflow from your local disk, as
previously saved with File->Save.The main disadvantage of doing this instead
of the scavenger-route isthat you would not have your nested workflow in the
"Availableprocessors" panel - but would have to select the file every time
youneed to use it.The scavenger-route can be useful when you have many such
componentworkflows (kind of a toolbox of nested workflows) that you want
toreuse. To get the correct format of the file URIs, which admittedly can be
abit tricky on Windows due to C: and the use of spaces in folder names, but one
way is to use a browser like Firefox or Chrome (but not IE, asit would open
Windows Explorer) - start from file:/c| (orfile:///C: or something like that)
and navigate to your workflowdirectory. Once you've found your workflow in the
browser's directoryrepresentation, right click on the link and select "Copy
link"Paste this URL into Taverna after right-clicking on "Availableprocessor"
and selecting "Add new Workflow scavangerâ?. You should seea new branch named
after your filename, and you can expand it to seethe processors of that
workflow. To add this as a nested workflow, drag the workflow itself down
to"Processors" in the "Advanced model explorer".If you want to pick-and-choose
from the workflow instead, drag theprocessors individually down to your
workflow - note that you wouldthen have to wire them up yourself. If you want to
merge the content of the workflow with your currentworkflow (instead of
including it as a nested workflow processor) -right click and select "Import" -
you can provide a prefix to avoidname conflicts.-- Stian Soiland-Reyes, myGrid
