Hi, One place you might like to try is myExperiment (www.myexperiment.org). It is a repository for workflows.
Looking at the documentation for those worklfows, each has it's own set of parameters: http://prodom.prabi.fr/prodom/current/documentation/docwkfl.html WRT the workflows, you are probably best asking the service providers to check that they are still available, as I get a "not found" error. If you do, you could also ask them to put them in myExperiment so others can have access to them. regards, Paul.
