The warning appears to be generated by the throwing of an exception at the end of LocalRespoitory.fetch Can you set the debug level to "debug" by adding log4j.net.sf.taverna.raven.repository.impl.LocalRepository=DEBUG at the end of log4j.properties in the conf subdirectory?
