Dear taverna-users
I installed taverna-1.7.1 in Scientific Linux 5. At the time of starting the
Taverna, am getting the *ERROR: Premature end of file*. I am using
jdk1.6.0_14 and there is no error message displaying in the terminal when
executing runme.sh in taverna1.7.1. Please help me to trace out the problem.
Sample output:

/usr/bin/dot
[r...@localhost taverna-1.7.1]# ls
bin dataviewer.bat examples executeworkflow.sh readme.html runme.sh
taverna.ico

2.6.18-128.1.10.el5
[r...@localhost taverna-1.7.1]# ./runme.sh
