Do you mean services their name ending with ".derived" are missing in taverna? If yes it is normal, 'derived' services were not primarily meant to be used by taverna. They were not supported in Soaplab2. Starting with Soaplab-2.2 we have 'typed interface' to Soaplab web services which are partially similar to legacy 'derived' web services. The main difference between soaplab 'typed interface' and its generic/usual interface; 'typed interface' has input output type definitions at WSDL level which makes input/output validation possible through standard means (XSD).
