There is a page describing executeworkflow.sh script > but seems that is for very old versions of Taverna (1.4/1.5): > http://www.mygrid.org.uk/wiki/Mygrid/ExecutingWorkflowOutsideOfTaverna It is still there for Taverna 1.7.1 and 1.7.2 see http://www.mygrid.org.uk/usermanual1.7/executeworkflow.html > Could someone indicate if it is still possible to run many workflows > simultaneously without using gui. I am on a linux commandline. executeworkflow.sh can't actually run more than workflow at a time. To run, say, three workflows you have to run executeworkflow.sh three times (possibly simultaneously). If you want to run the workflows in the same Taverna engine enactment, one possible solution would be to run a Taverna server http://www.mygrid.org.uk/tools/taverna/taverna-server . It's normally sent jobs via the remote client plugin but it should be possible via curl etc. (I can check tomorrow if you want.) > Thanks > Ketan Alan ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Let Crystal Reports handle the reporting - Free Crystal Reports 2008 30-Day trial.
