Hello,

I am indeed behind a webproxy. I deleted the repository folder and the 
perspectives file, and upon restarting Taverna I 
got the lovely blue screen of death! I'm guessing it's to do with installing a 
library as you mentioned. Anyway, after 
rebooting it now works fine. Thanks for your help.
