Hi Mac Users, If you upgrade from Leopard to Snow Leopard you may find that when you run Taverna you get a pop-up window that says: "To run dot, you need to install Rosetta. Would you like to install it now?".
Dot is the application that Taverna uses to layout the workflow diagram. If you click on Install, Rosetta will be installed and Taverna should run normally.
