Hello,
This is where a cloud execution model could come in handy. You don't run
anything on your machine, you run it on a virtual instance of taverna
running on a cloud infrastructure. Isn't even beyond todays taverna, "all"
you need to do is create a VM with taverna, deploy on Amazons EC3 or
similar, pay for the usage and then check back on it occasionally. You can
even set up your own cloud infrastructure using something like
http://www.eucalyptus.com/ . We could set something up on our machines if
we had some time.
