Hello everyone, For those who are using VBI(Virginia BioInformatics Institute) services (http://staff.vbi.vt.edu/pathport/services/) in their workflows, note that VBI pathport is out of funding since 2008 (http://pathport.vbi.vt.edu/main/home.php), meaning their Web Services may not work or be supported anymore.
