It should be the same command-click.  I don't think Taverna 1 does 
anything special to interpret it.  I'll check into this on my laptop.

Are they that annoying?  It sounds as if we should prioritise the 
ability to hide them.

Can you send me a workflow that shows this?  I've tried to replicate 
this here without success.

Yes there were problems with the SQL scripts.  They have been fixed (I 
believe) for Taverna 2.1.  I'll check them again over the weekend; I can 
send you the current scripts to try if you want.
