Hi,
I've had a quick look at it and it seems to be a problem within
Taverna rather than your webservice. Its down to the way the arrays are
returned, as they are not wrapped but are flattened with the
classificationResultObject . This is a problem we've encountered before,
that I thought had been fixed recently. I'll raise this as a bug to be
fixed in the new year.
