I am running a workflow, in one of its steps i use "getids" function from
the WSNCBIBLAST (
http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/webservices/wsdl/WSNCBIBlast.wsdl) web service
which returns the following error in taverna 1
Fault returned invoking webservice: Can't call method "attr" on an undefined
value at WSNCBIBlast.pm line 140.
but in taverna 2 it works normally, is that a bug or am i missing something.
