Hello Jamal,

You'll first need to set up a Ruby enviroment (there should be plenty of
tutorials on the internet to help you here :-)).

After which, you can either:
- Install and use the libraries as "RubyGems" (which will require you to
have the RubyGems system installed and set up), OR
- Download the source code from the GitHub pages (either via Git or just
downloading a compressed archive of the files directly from GitHub), and
then "require" these into a Ruby file to be able to use them.

There's plenty of useful info to help you on the GitHub project pages
for the libraries [1] (you may need to scroll down the page to see the
info).

If there's anything specific about the libraries that we can help you
with then let us know.

If you need general help with Ruby and setting up a Ruby environment
then we can point you to the various resources that can help
(Google/Bing/Yahoo/etc is also your best friend here :-))

Regards,
Jits
