Hi,
I'm building a workflow in Taverna 2.1 and seem to be getting different
results to the microcosm interface at EBI when looking for microRNAs.
If I query micrcosm with 'hsa-let-7b' choosing human as the species I
get 1010 hits: http://tinyurl.com/yjsyx6k
If I query BioMart using the same id in Human, I get one hit.
This appears to be the same in the web interface of BioMart.
Any ideas?
I'm sending a mail to BioMart also.
