Hi Stian I did a fresh start from beginning to install Rshell for
taverna1.7 and as per installation instructions in
http://janus.cs.utwente.nl:8000/twiki/bin/view/BioRange/RshellHelp , I
did not find the Current-profile-1.7.1.xml in my installation of taverna
1.7 in this location: c:\Documents and
Settings\YOUR_USER_NAME\Application
Data\Taverna-1.7.1\conf\current-profile-1.7.1.xmlIn this location i just have
the "log4j","raven" and "mygrid" properties files.Do you think my
installation missed out on some files.I am really thankful to all for helping
