Hello everybody, An alpha version of the BioCatalogue plugin for Taverna 2.1.2 is now available to try out. The plugin allows users to browse services on http://www.biocatalogue.org and add them to their workflows.
To install the plugin, go to Advanced -> Updates and plugins, and click Find new plugins. Tick the BioCatalogue box and then install. You'll need to restart Taverna to see the plugin's functionality. The plugin has been written by Sergejs Aleksejevs who was the main developer of the myExperiment perspective.
