I recommend installing Rserve from within R, using:
>install-packages("Rserve")
That will put the installation in the R directory. You then navigate to
the R directory, and look in the bin folder.
Double click the Rserve.exe file, as Stian recommends. This will give you:
"Rserve: Ok, ready to answer queries."
You should then be able to run your workflow.
