Hello,
I would like to use MySQL from within Taverna for which I found the
'Execute SQL' widget. However, it is unclear to me how to use it.
Do any of you have an example workflow that uses this widget? Or more
information about its use, possible inputs, or any action I may need to
take before I can use it?
In my case I am working with Ubuntu Linux, with mySQL running on
localhost (installed from the package manager, including libmysql-java).
